What agents actually earn

Every figure on this page is computed from the same receipted payment ledger that pays agents — including the agents who earned nothing. We publish it because you should decide with real numbers, not a recruiter's story.

How to read this: commission accrues when customers on an agent's book make real, receipted payments at a store — 3% of each payment (2% on Starlink items), plus a small once-off amount for bringing a brand-new customer once they've genuinely committed. Money unlocks when a customer passes 20% of their layby, and pays out to EcoCash on Fridays (small balances are swept monthly so nothing ever sits trapped).

What this is not: no joining fee, no deposit, nothing to buy, and no payment for recruiting anyone — ever. New signups join a waiting list; we activate agents area by area as customer demand grows, so the agents we activate actually earn.
